YOU’VE GOT QUESTIONS, WE’VE GOT ANSWERS!

WHERE ARE THE MEALS PREPARED?

All of the meals are prepared onsite at your school in a commercial kitchen setting.

ARE YOU A NUT FREE COMPANY?

Although we do not prepare food items with any nut based ingredients and order some items from a nut free facility, we cannot guarantee that there will be no contact with nuts.

WHAT IF I AM ABSENT AND NOT ABLE TO HAVE THEIR LUNCH?

If we are notified by 9:00am we will arrange to have the lunch either left in the main office for pick-up at some point the same day or we can gladly keep the lunch in our refrigerators for pick-up the next day.

DO YOU OFFER OPTIONS FOR STUDENTS WITH DIET RESTRICTIONS?

We strive to provide a very diverse menu offering a variety of meal choices. Our menus indicate which are vegetarian options that are available daily. If you have a preference for halal based lunch please feel free to email to let us know you’d be interested in joining and we will be more than happy to assist.

WHEN DO MY ORDERS HAVE TO BE PLACED?

Orders must be placed before 6:00pm on each Sunday.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you’d like to make changes to your selection, you would need to cancel the existing order and then make a new one.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

We accept Debit, American Express, Visa and Mastercard.

DO YOU KEEP OUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH YOU FOR FUTURE ORDERS?

For secure reasons, we do not keep your credit card information on file.

WHEN DOES THE CHARGE GO THROUGH?

Your card is charged shortly after you place your order

CAN I ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU?

Yes, your account with us is flexible. You are able to log into your account, view your order history and make changes before the cut off time.
